Founded in 2016, Coastal Realty of the Florida Keys entered the market as a boutique locally owned company that quickly drew recognition for its unprecedented quality of personalized service and distinct marketing.

We take pride in being one of the few real estate firms in the Upper Keys that provides a wide range of resources to meet all our clients' needs. Our dedicated rental department and our licensed and insured home services division draw on over 35 years of experience from our managing broker, a state-certified general and plumbing contractor, to offer you comprehensive support for all your real estate needs.

Meet John

Since 1989 John has specialized in sales, vacation rentals and property management in the Upper Keys. As managing broker of a leading Upper Keys sales team, John takes great care and pride in building the area’s most professional and hard-working real estate agent. But that’s just part of the picture.

John is past President of the Florida Keys Board of REALTORS® and has chaired most committees. In addition to his volunteer work with the Florida Keys Board of REALTORS®, John is a member of the Islamorada Chambers of Commerce, a graduate of Leadership Monroe Class XII and is Vice-Chair of the Good Health Clinic, which provides health care to those in need.
