As we move into October, you can feel the energy returning to the Florida Keys.
The weather is changing, visitors are making their way back to the Keys, and the holiday season is just around the corner. For those of us who live and work here, it’s one of my favorite times of year. There’s a noticeable shift in the pace of things, and with it comes new conversations, new opportunities, and new buyers and sellers thinking about what’s next.
